The Agenda for the January BOD meeting is posted in the Residents-only Section of the website. Here is an update for those unable to attend this month’s meeting. The board has been busy working on maintenance and improvements throughout the community. The landscape lighting upgrade is scheduled to begin January 20th, we are currently getting quotes to paint the walls and columns and to trim the Oak trees. We are also getting a quote to replace the 23 yr. old playground equipment. A new pool heater was installed in December when the old unit finally gave out. The Infrastructure Comm. is in the process of purchasing new swings and a new fan for the CPW gazebo. All of this will be done within our budgeted reserves or operating line items. We also had a great meeting with the Juniper operations and branch manager Tuesday. They will be complying with all sections in our current contract and are willing to go above it to keep the community happy. Juniper does not function like LMP, so you will notice changes to how they trim, mowing day may move and debris pickup will probably be one day per week. They are in the process of making a monthly and yearly schedule that will be posted for all residents.
