Please remember that there is no county trash pick-up at the recreation center and gazebo. No household trash or dog waste should be placed in the HOA barrels. When people dispose of this type of waste at the HOA barrels, the pool custodian must unpleasantly bring this trash in his own car to dispose of it.
Please remind all guests and relatives to leave the pool area and gym how it was found. Close umbrellas, replace chairs to their location, close blinds in the gym, and shut off fan and lights when leaving.
Most importantly please do not tamper with or change settings on the sprinkler control box mounted to your house. This is the property of the HOA and not the homeowner. Florida is very strict with water consumption, and the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) will fine the HOA and shut the water off for being over our allocation. We will secure the controllers with seals to prevent tampering. You are allowed to water with your hose or sprinkler to get extra water if needed.
